Leslie Nuckols began her career in the title industry in 2013, shortly after graduating from college, when she was simply looking for an opportunity to get started. What began as a receptionist position quickly turned into a passion for the business. Eager to learn and grow, Leslie transitioned into an assistant role within the REO and foreclosure sector, where she developed a strong foundation in complex real estate transactions.

Since then, Leslie has specialized in creative financing and investor-focused transactions that require extra attention to detail, problem-solving, and persistence. Leslie thrives in navigating challenging files and helping bring complicated deals to the closing table.

Outside of work, Leslie is highly competitive and loves staying active. She plays competitive travel soccer, participating in tournaments across the country. She also competes in pool and billiards leagues that travel nationwide for cash-prize tournaments, loves the competition, and the opportunity to travel.

Most importantly, Family is Leslie's biggest motivation and greatest joy. She is a proud mom to two beautiful girls and is continuing to grow her family.

With a mortgage career beginning in April 1986, Michelle Spurgeon has built extensive expertise across nearly every stage of the loan and closing process. Her background includes roles as a Loan Processor, Closer, Manager, Secondary Market professional, Underwriter, and Trainer. This diverse experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of the industry and an ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support efficient, high‑quality transactions. As an Escrow Assistant, Michelle applies this long‑standing knowledge to ensure files are organized, compliant, and handled with the utmost care.

Beverly Trevino is a seasoned professional with 28 years of expertise in the real estate title industry, specializing in funding management and escrow operations. Throughout her career, she has excelled in positions such as Escrow Officer and Funder at several esteemed title companies, both regional and national.

A graduate of Seagoville High School, Beverly is a dedicated learner, holding both a Texas Escrow License and Texas Notary certification. She has also completed advanced continuing education certifications to stay ahead in her field. Known for her exceptional skills in bank reconciliations, account management, client relations, problem-solving, and credit collections, Beverly has a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth transactions. With over seven years of experience in real estate and investment transactions, Brooke brings a diverse professional background and a strong foundation of discipline and service as a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. Before entering the title industry, she worked in the mortgage field as a Document Reviewer and in Closing Underwriting, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the closing process. She also gained valuable experience in corporate relocation, serving in a customer service role that strengthened her communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction.

Although this is Elena’s first role in the title industry, she brings a broad spectrum of skills and years of experience across multiple industries. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous learning. Elena is passionate about expanding her professional network, deepening her industry knowledge, and growing her career at Stellar Title.

Outside of work, Elena is an avid reader, a self-proclaimed foodie, and enjoys traveling and attending concerts whenever she can.

Amanda is an experienced Heirship Specialist known for her sharp investigative instincts, clear communication, and genuine care for the families she serves. With more than five years in title work and three decades in client service, she brings a steady, solutions‑focused approach to even the most complex files.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Amanda connects easily with clients from all backgrounds and is especially skilled at guiding families through sensitive heirship conversations. She’s also a certified Notary Public and loan signing professional, adding extra value and reliability to every transaction.

When she’s not helping resolve title issues, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and kiddos, going to the gym, taking relaxing walks in the park, diving into a good book, and unwinding with her favorite TV shows.
