Ashley Ornelas

Sr. Escrow Officer

Ashley joined Stellar Title Group in April 2024, bringing with her two decades of experience in the real estate and title industries. She began her career in 2004 as a realtor for Coldwell Banker and later transitioned to the loan department at American State Bank in 2012.

In June 2013, Ashley joined Centennial Title of Abilene as a receptionist and quickly advanced to the role of closing coordinator. Over the years, she has held nearly every position within a title company, including commitment typing, curative processing, escrow assistant, attorney document preparation, closing coordination, funding, and title policy coordination.

In March 2023, Ashley transitioned to a new role as office coordinator at another title company, until Stellar Title Group recognized her talent and brought her on board, where she now works remotely.

Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about fitness, frequently competing in CrossFit and weightlifting competitions with her husband. She also enjoys attending outdoor music concerts and spending time with her four dogs.

Jaime Osina

Sr. Escrow Officer

With over 17 years of experience in the escrow and title industry, Jaime Osina is a dedicated and detail-oriented escrow officer committed to delivering seamless and secure real estate transactions. Her extensive background includes managing residential, commercial, and refinance escrows with precision, transparency, and a client-focused approach.

Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers by consistently providing exceptional service, clear communication, and expert guidance. She prides herself on staying current with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring every transaction is handled efficiently and with the highest level of integrity.

Whether navigating complex deals or meeting tight deadlines, she brings professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping clients close with confidence.

Madeline Johnson

Escrow Assistant

Madeline is a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set encompassing marketing, sales, and management. With years of experience across various industries, she has developed a reputation for being a versatile, detail-oriented, and highly efficient leader.

Before her current role, Madeline worked as an Acquisitions & Marketing Coordinator at a property management company, where she was responsible for managing real estate contracts, creating marketing collateral, and driving organic brand growth through strategic social media and email campaigns. Her background as a licensed real estate agent further bolstered her ability to exceed client expectations while ensuring the smooth execution of property transactions.

In addition to her real estate career, Madeline serves as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Excel Volleyball Club, where she supports the development of athletes through personalized training and mentorship. Her leadership in both professional and athletic settings reflects her commitment to fostering teamwork, discipline, and growth.

Cheyenne Curtis

Escrow Assistant

Cheyenne Curtis is an Escrow Assistant with a growing passion for the real estate industry. With a year of hands-on experience, she plays a key role in supporting the escrow team and ensuring transactions move smoothly from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and upbeat attitude, Cheyenne is dedicated to providing a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike. As she continues to learn and grow in her role, she brings fresh energy and a strong work ethic to every part of the process.

Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys spending quality time with her family and is always up for a new adventure—whether it’s a spontaneous road trip, exploring the outdoors, or discovering hidden gems across Texas and the surrounding states. She loves making the most of life’s moments and brings that same enthusiasm into her work.

Alicia Sherrell

Funding Assistant

Alicia Sherrell brings a unique blend of real estate and business experience, having worked as a licensed Agent and Broker Associate (2015–2020) and spending over 20 years in corporate sales and business account management. Along the way, she has pursued entrepreneurial ventures that strengthened her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Today, Alicia is enjoying her work in the title industry, gaining valuable back-end real estate experience while continuing to apply her expertise in transactions, client service, and business operations.
